This is a very informative guide and excellent book for back sufferers with backpain. I have a lot of stress and tension in my back from sitting at a computer all day and working at my desk. This guide has some great exercises for stretching out the back muscles. It has also great descriptions of the spine and discs, with photos. I have a better understanding of how the spine works now. And I am able to relieve some of my back tension by following the simple exercises that I can even do at my desk on a short break. It is an easy read with lots of images.Product details
