I wonder when the last time Mr. Matsumodo was in NC? That sauce if his he cashed North Carolina sauce would have had him tarred and feathered where I lived. No such garbage existed.Also, this may be a reach, but the last book I read and reviewed had the same issue with the directions, every recipe's directions read the same and every recipe had a stupid name, just like this.. I'm wondering if he's using a pen name.
